The Black Women’s Project (BWP) is a social-impact organisation created to leverage the power of community and research to develop Black women and girls as leaders.

We start in Higher Education and work with students, early career professionals, researchers, academic institutions, companies and charities across the globe in order to develop data insights, foster intergenerational communities and host leadership development opportunities.
