Motivez is on a mission to boost the career development of young people, aged 14 – 25, who lack social capital and face multiple disadvantages in the UK. This is fulfilled through a three-pronged approach of:

1. Community Engagements: Career development programmes and curated events through the Motivez app for the 3,000+ Motivez community sponsored by local government and partners
2. Coaching: A digital coaching service for young people to receive bespoke 1:1 coaching for their dream roles 
3. Recruitment Agency: Connecting a growing talent network of over 18’s to SMEs and corporates for top internships and jobs from 2021
